This document establishes the Terms and Conditions of the website www.umanize-events.com (hereinafter referred to as “website”) UMANIZE EVENTS is a DMC specialized in MICE Events (Incentive Travel, Business Meetings and Events) in Mainland Portugal and Islands. UMANIZE EVENTS is headquartered at Av. Bombeiros Voluntários, nº 29 – 8º Dto 1675-108 Pontinha. The website offers the user all the information about the activities and actions developed by Umanize Events. The user is obliged not to misuse the website, to observe the applicable laws and to respect the rights of third parties, including rights over trademarks, patents, copyright and any other intellectual and industrial property rights. The user expressly acknowledges and accepts that the use of this website is not permitted for commercial purposes and any other purposes other than those described in these Terms and Conditions. Portuguese law applies to these Terms and Conditions, as well as any inherent dispute with UMANIZE EVENTS, and the courts of the Lisbon North district are hereby designated as competent.
